    Having worked in the real estate industry for over 40 years, Sue uses her expertise to assist clients with finding them the perfect property or helping sell/buy their home. L&S Realty has allowed Sue to explore the different landscapes of the beautiful state of Maine. For most of her real estate career, Sue has worked closely with the multi-million dollar development company, Maine Woodland Properties (MWP). Maine Woodland Properties specializes in buying large tracts of pristine oceanfront and lakefront property and subdividing them into more affordable and appealing properties. L&S Realty helps market and sell these newly created parcels of land to buyers that are looking to find that perfect year-round homesite or vacation retreat.
