Sue Girouard - Designated Broker/Owner
Having worked int the real estate industry for over 35+ years, Sue uses her expertise by assisting clients with finding them the perfect property or helping sell/buy their home in a timely fashion. L&S Realty has allowed Sue to explore the different landscapes of the beauiful state of Maine by marketing and selling land from the rocky coastline of Machiasport to the Southern coast of York. For most of her real estate career, Sue has worked closely with the multi-million dollar development company, Maine Woodland Properties (MWP). Maine Woodland Properties specializes in buying large tracts of pristine oceanfront and lakefront property and subdividing it into more affordable and appealing properties. L&S Realty helps market and sell these newly created parcels of land to buyers that are looking to fine that perfect year-round homesite or vacation retreat.
